Formerly known as Shalom Investment & Financial Services Limited, the company was incorporated on the 16th of December, 1999 as a private limited liability to undertake Capital Market operations.
The company prides itself on its successes recorded over the years, a feat that ensured steady increase in its portfolio management and clients over the years.
The Share Capital at incorporation was ₦40,000,000.00 (Forty Million Naira) which is 100% wholly owned by Nigerians and later increased to ₦80,000,000.00 (Eighty Million Naira) fully paid up capital.
The paid up share capital has since increased to ₦464,500,000.00 (Four Hundred & Sixty Four Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira).
The company offers various professional stock management services which include Securities Trading, Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, Share Account Reconciliations etc.
