A seasoned entrepreneur and philanthropist, Major-General Paul Alaowei TOUN is a retired military officer with over 30 years in service. He is a Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Fellow, Institute of Professional Financial Managers, UK (FIPFM) and also Fellow, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). He holds a PGD in Banking and Finance, Executive Master in Business Administration (Management), Msc in Strategic Studies and D.Litt. Defense Economics.

Major-General TOUN commenced his career as a Military Officer with various appointments as Deputy Director Finance and Budget Defense Intelligence Agency, Assistant Director Army Finance and Accounts Lagos Garrison Command, Colonel Coordination HQ Nigeria Army Finance Corps, Assistant Director Army Finance and Accounts 3 Division, Chief Paymaster Nigeria army Personnel Pay office and Commander, Command Finance Office before he voluntarily retired as Director of army Finance and Accounts in 2006.

His exploits, visionary leadership and management competence have been commended by all doing business with him. His business and managerial acumen on matters of corporate governance, finance, and strategic policy implementation has proven over time that Major-General Toun’s strong project management prowess has resulted in the company’s success to date.

He is a recipient of many awards in recognition of his outstanding contribution and achievement in the Military and his selfless commitment and contributions to society. These awards include: Corps Medal of Honour (CMH), Meritorious Service Star (MSS), Forces Service Star (FSS), Distinguished Service Star (DSS), Grand Service Star (GSS) and Pass Staff Course (dagger)-psc+.

His unrelented effort and support towards humanity and the work of God also bestowed on him awards and acknowledgement like; Testimony and Honour in acknowledgement of devotion to the Almighty God by Evangel Pentecostal Church, Certificate of appreciation in recognition of assistance and faithful; commitment to Global Evangelistic Crusades by Abraham Evangelistic Ministries, Recognition award for support in building the lives of teens and youths by Solid Foundation teens and Youth Ministry, Karis Golden Celebration appreciation award etc.

He is presently on the board of the following companies and charity organizations; Chairman-Oyinebi Properties Consult Ltd, Chairman/CEO-Oyinebi Ventures Nig. Ltd, President, Board of Trustees, Oyinebi Foundation , Member, Board of Trustees- Christian Heritage Ministries, Member, and finally Member of the Board of trustees- Karis Music ministries.

Mr. Babatunde ADEJUWON is the Principal Partner of the Law firm called Babs Adejuwon & Co. and has been described as one of the most experienced and well rounded lawyers of our time.

As a seasoned legal practitioner he has had over 28 years experience in Advocacy, Dispute Resolution, Trade Marks and Patent Registration, Real Estate, Law Practitioner, Commercial Law Consultant, General Litigation (up to Supreme Court of Nigeria), Perfection and Registration of proprietary interest in Lands, Receivership and Insolvency, Capital Markets, Merger and Acquisition, Debt Recovery, etc. He worked in Directorate of Army Legal Services where he was saddled with the responsibility of writing of legal opinion on court.

He is a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, (1980), was called to the Nigerian Bar in July 11, 1981 and appointed a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1992.

He is a member of International Bar Association. He is also Director of several companies, including Zenith Bank Plc, and Newsource Engineering Services Limited.

Major-General USIADE is a retired Army General who served the Nigerian Army for 26years in various capacities. He had varied work experience both in the public and private sectors in Managerial functions from 1961 – 1970. He was commissioned Officer into the Nigerian Army Finance Corps where he held several unit, staff, and command positions amongst which include Director, Military Pensions, Commandant, Nigerian Army School of Finance, and Administrative Commander, command Finance Office, and finally Director of Army Finance, and Accounts.

He attended both civil and military courses, including Finance Officers’ Advanced Course (Non US) at the United Army Institute of Administration, Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana, USA, Advanced Management Programme in Switzerland and National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos.

He retired from the Nigerian Army in December 1996 with the rank of Major-General. Currently, he is a Member, Board of Governors of Wellspring College, Ikeja, and Redeemers International Secondary School, Maryland, Member, Board of Trustees of Wellspring University, Benin city, Edo State. He presently runs a private business in Lagos with considerable interest in manufacturing, fishing and technology.

Mr. Ebitare Otrofanowei is a Financial Adviser with several years experience working in the financial services sector in the United Kingdom and Nigeria principally as an independent Broker.

He was also a Director of a procurement company in the UK which provided technological solutions to Nigerian Banks. He was responsible for the pilot introduction of smart card payment systems in Nigeria. His public sector experience saw him serving as a Commissioner of Finance and later as a State Pension Administrator in Bayelsa state, Nigeria.

He graduated from Lancaster University with a postgraduate degree in Business Analysis and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK. He is married with children.

Mr. Toun has a Masters Degree Holder in Business Administration of the prestigious Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo, BC and in International Business (MscIB) from the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, UK. He holds a B.sc in International Business Management from the American College, Dublin Ireland and Certificate in the Investment Funds Institute of Canada from the Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo BC.

He started his banking career as an administrative officer in the then Lion Bank of Nigeria and Zenith Bank Plc, before joining Onyx oils ltd as the Risk management/Finance Director. He has served as a deputy accountant of this company and was recognized for his accurate record keeping and customer relationship ability. He is a team player and one that has a zest for knowledge and new opportunities.

He has attended trainings in financial Management, Risk Management and Competitors profiling.

Mr Anfela is an Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria. He started his career in stockbroking with Surport Services Limited before moving to Lighthouse Asset Management Limited and later Stanbic Equities Limited (now Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers), from where he left for further studies abroad.

He holds a Master of Science ( M.Sc) in Business Economics and Finance from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science B.Sc.(Ed) in Chemistry and Education from the University of Lagos. He also holds a Certificate in Securities from the Securities Institute, London.

On his return to Nigeria in 2009, he joined Zion Securities Limited as General Manager, from where he moved to Osborne Capital Markets Limited. He also worked with Premium Capital & Stockbrokers Limited, Kapital Care & Trust Limited, Fundvine Capital & Securities Limited before joining Shalom Investment & Financial Services Limited August, 2021.

Ms Orekoya is a graduate of Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria. She is a qualified Chartered Stockbroker and a Dealing Clerk on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Before joining Shalom Investment & Financial Services Limited, she worked with Crossworld Securities Limited (a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) as account officer, head of marketing and head of asset management units. She was employed in Shalom in July 2008 as a Marketer after which she began to study to become a stockbroker. On becoming a stockbroker, she was appointed a director and an assistant to the MD.

She is presently the Deputy Managing Director of SIFSL and also a stockbroker representing SISL on the Exchange.

Mrs. George is a self motivated, highly organised and innovative woman who graduated from Command Secondary School, Bode Igbo, Ibadan in 1996, Graduated from the Faculty of law in Olabisis Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State in 2004, went to the Nigerian Law School Lagos and was called to bar in 2005.

She did her Nigerian Youth Service Corp (NYSC) service year in Fidelity Bank Plc in 2006 and finished her service in 2007, after which she went on to do her Masters in Public Administration in Strayer University, Washington DC, in the United States of America, graduated in 2008.

Presently, she is a member of the Board of Trustees of Oyinebi Foundation, a non profit organisation with the intention to make a difference in people’s lives.

She has attended several seminars in process of her journey and still seeks ways to be better. She is the Legal, Secretariat, and Administrative Head of the Company.
